STUART BENTLEY - DIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHY

Based in London, Stuart is a freelance Director of Photography and recent National Film School graduate, experienced in narrative fiction, documentary, commercials and music promos.

Stuart loves shooting in all film and digital formats - his recent narrative work includes Outcasts for Director Ian Clark, which won the Best Film Fuji Short Film Competition in 2009; Katie and Co, a ten episode drama series and the animated short Stand-up for Director Joe Pierce, which won the animated category of the Soho Rushes Film Festival in 2008.

Stuart has just completed work on the documentary feature War in Babylon for producer John Battsek, which is currently in post-production.

On the set of Hands Solo he was tireless, creative, and had a fantastic sense of humour. In short, a pleasure to work with.
